What are the technical specifications of the MexTablet?
The MexPad is a high-performance device designed for clinical workloads. It features an 8-core processor, 16 GB of RAM for smooth multitasking, and 1 TB of internal storage. Additionally, it includes high-resolution cameras (36 MP rear / 24 MP front), ideal for photographic documentation of patient progress.
What happens if my practice loses its Wi-Fi internet connection?
Your operations won’t stop. The MexPad is equipped with a SIM card slot and 4G/LTE connectivity. This ensures that your cloud management system remains accessible and synchronized at all times, regardless of the stability of your local fiber optic network.
Does the hardware come with a warranty?
Yes, all our devices (Tablet and accessories) come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Furthermore, by maintaining an active annual subscription, you gain access to priority technical support to resolve any equipment issues.

How is my patient data protected?
Security is our priority. All information is stored in the cloud under strict bank-grade encryption protocols. We comply with health data protection regulations, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive medical records.
Can I migrate my patient information from another software?
We understand that switching systems is a significant step. We offer tools and assistance for the bulk import of patient databases. Please contact our support team to assess your current system’s compatibility and plan a secure migration.
Subscription and Payments
Is it necessary to purchase the Tablet to use the software?
We recommend using the Starter Kit (Hardware + Software) to ensure the optimal experience for which the system was designed. However, the license operates under an annual subscription model that grants you access to updates, cloud storage, and client portal features.
